Updated Mar 15, 2020 / 7:15pm

In response to school closure announcement, MathPro will remain open.

MathPro provides One-on-One tutoring in a low density environment. We DO NOT host group tutoring in any form.

So far, only a tiny fraction of our students requested to pause tutoring.

At this time, we do not believe the semester is going to end at this arbitrary point. Online learning will likely take place to fill the void.
We strongly recommend Grades 11 and 12 students not to pause tutoring. Diploma exams will take place as scheduled. Based on experiences of other jurisdictions, students with online learning (a likely outcome) require much more academic support, not less.
In addition, we are implementing two new temporary policies as follows.
1. Effective immediately, we request all students and staff to
  • Use hand sanitizer before and after tutoring
  • Wash hands with soap frequently and thoroughly
2. 90-minutes Sick Cancellation
  • To further discourage students and staff with mild symptoms to come into contact with others, our call-in-sick policy is relaxed. Effective immediately, with a 90 minutes heads up, we will cancel your scheduled session due to sickness without charge. The same policy is strictly enforced for our staff. This will be in effect until further notice. Thank you for your patience.
Meanwhile, high-touch surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected frequently.
Although we believe in continuity, if you’d like to make adjustments to your on-going schedule, please reply to this email. We will contact you individually.
Alternatively, you can cancel individual sessions via our scheduling portal given 48hr notice. Scheduling portal can be accessed thru
