Hiring Administrative Assistants

MathPro Learning Centre is seeking applications for its Part-time Administrative Assistant position commencing immediately

We are looking for 2 individuals to share coverage among West Springborough, South Horton and South Seton on shift on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 4:30-9pm

We are looking for 2 individuals who can provide coverage to North (Country Hills) and North (Crowfoot) on Tuesdays and Thursdays evenings from 4:30-9pm.

Total 8-12 hours weekly

We are actively seeking applicants to provide coverage for the following locations:

North (Crowfoot)1
North (Country Hills) 2
North Central (41 Chelsea St NW)2
West (Springborough Blvd SW)1
South Horton (9705C Horton Rd SW)1
South Seton (3815 Front St. SE)2


Priority given to applicants able to travel to multiple locations on shifts.

  • On-going training will be provided 
  • Each shift is 4-5 hours in duration
  • Mon to Thu shifts from 4:30 to 9pm, Sa and Su from 10am to 5pm

MathPro seeking administrative assistant. Support is shared among centres.

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Perform Student registration/ staff set up data entry
  • Maintain electronic scheduling system
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Customer care calls
  • Re-direct inquiry calls
  • Collect and Process Payment
  • Report to Operations Managers
  • Greet customers and staff
  • Maintain office supplies
  • End of shift cleaning, disinfecting and vacuuming


  • Full or part-time college or university student
  • Hands on administrative support experience is an asset
  • Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to multi-task
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MacOS and iOS
  • Able to work as a team
  • Able to perform under pressure
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Able to travel to different centres on pre-scheduled days
