MathPro Learning Centre is seeking applications for its
Part-time Administrative Assistant position

We are actively seeking applicants to provide coverage in any three of our locations:
South: 100L-9705C Horton Rd SW
West: 102-3515 17 Ave SW
North: 23-41 Chelsea St NW
Please note: The position will commence September 2017. Training starts mid-August.

About 8 to 12 hours work week. Weekdays shift from 5pm to 9pm, weekends from 10:30am to 4pm.

Applicants must be willing to travel to at least two centres on rotation.

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Maintain electronic scheduling system
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments
  • Perform data entry
  • Re-direct inquiry calls
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Greet customers and staff
  • Process Payment
  • Report to operations managers


  • Full or part-time college or university student
  • Hands on administrative support experience is an asset
  • Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to multi-task
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MacOS and iOS
  • Able to work as a team
  • Able to perform under pressure
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Able to travel to different centres on pre-scheduled days
