Project CONNECT (connect.mathpro.ca) is a repository where registered students can access subject Notes, Graded Exercises, Graded Chapter Tests and Exam Preps. MathPro started collecting reviews from different online platforms since 2015. Every genuine review is verifiable on the platform of which it was originally posted with timestamp out of our reach. All reviews are posted by LOCAL Calgarians.
Student Hub is where our award-winning Progress Tracking Management System resides. After each One-on-One session, progress is evaluated against goals identified in the consultation. Weaknesses and efforts are identified, evaluated and recorded by our in-house metric system designed to hold tutors and students accountable. Parents receive an electronic copy immediately after submission. Through Student Hub, students may communicate with their tutors between lessons and have access to learning materials and take-home assignments.
Our long-standing policy is – we don’t switch tutors. Except for extraordinary circumstances, you’ll meet the same tutor each time. When the original tutor is sick or unavailable, we will provide a substitute tutor of an equal profile for one time.

We have over 80 in-house tutors. Unlike our competitors, all our tutors are staff tutors, not contractors. We retain the talents by spending your money on proper wages on the best tutors we can find. All tutors must go through rigorous subject assessments and training before their first assignments.
Picking a random tutor based on qualification on paper is undesirable. Our matching tutor process utilizes an in-house constraint optimization algorithm to identify the matching tutor with 98% accuracy. However, you may choose whoever is available in the tutor pool.
Unlike our competitors, we don’t ask you to ‘buy bulk’. Selling discounted vouchers in proportion to volume purchase where the goal is to lure you to pay for more sessions than you truly need is undesirable. Such a practice may be downright unethical. Volume purchase doesn’t make sense to us. It effectively locks-you-in by offering an imaginary discount. At MathPro, there are no long-term obligations. Sessions are renewable every 4 weeks. If we don’t meet your expectations, simply fire us. No argument. We believe the market force is the best motivator. Tutoring frequency is jointly determined at the time of consultation.
